Contract
By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing unconditionally to
the terms and conditions of use.
On receipt of your order, we will send you notification by email that your order
is being processed. Upon receipt of such notification and provided that you are able
to access it, a legally binding contract will have been formed between us. We reserve
the right not to process your order and accordingly we will notify you by electronic
mail if this is the case.
Please note that while we guarantee to send you a notification of every valid order
we receive from you, you will understand that we cannot equally guarantee that the
notification we send to you will be received by you, nor that if it is received by
you it is legible and uncorrupted.
Goods
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours but orders may be dispatched up to 7 days
after receipt. You will be notified and given the opportunity to amend or cancel
your order, if expected dispatch exceeds this period. All items are subject to availability
and
Colours. There may be a delay in dispatching your order if any item is out of stock. Illustrations of items featured are for guidance only. Please be aware that different monitors display pictures differently, and as such take consideration of this when choosing colours. Photos are taken in natural daylight as far as we are able. Please note that items made of natural materials can vary in colour due to the variability of the raw materials. We reserve the right to supply an item which may not be identical to the illustration; but could be identified as the same product.
We reserve the right to review the price of any item. Postage & packing is free on orders over £30 to UK mainland. Other postage is dependant on value.

In using this website, you acknowledge that the ownership of any intellectual property rights and logos including for the avoidance of doubt, copyright, in this website belongs to us. Accordingly, any part of this website (or its source code) may not be used, transferred, copied or reproduced in whole or in part in any manner other than for the purpose of utilising this website meaning that you may only display it on your computer screen and print it out on your printer for the sole purpose of viewing its contents.
Payment
Payment must be made using Paypal or Cheque. If payment is made online, the payment will be accepted once we have received confirmation from PayPal hat our account has been credited and any funds cleared. If you pay by cheque, payment is deemed to have been received by us when we have notification from our bank that your cheque has cleared.
Discounts
Voucher discounts are available at our discretion and subject to withdrawal without notice. Voucher discounts apply to the order subtotal before delivery charges are added.
Refunds
We take customer care very seriously and will make all reasonable efforts to resolve any complaints to your satisfaction. If you have a complaint, please email shoponline@fibreflurry.co.uk and we will get back to you promptly.If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from our site please return them stating whether you would like a replacement, refund or an alternative product. We agree to reimburse you the purchase price you paid for the goods or services, provided the goods are undamaged and unused; or where the goods were delivered to you in a condition that made them unfit for purpose.

We do not take responsibility for any event that is outside our control, nor for any consequential loss arising from such an event.
Entire Agreement
This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or arrangements which have subsisted between us.
